I learned something amazing earlier this week. I'm reading a book called Drawing on the Powers of Heaven, and I read this... "In a very literal sense, desired ends must be created spiritually in the mind before they can be realized." Looking back on the past years of my life, I was only able to make significant steps in overcoming depression when I started dreaming--constantly picturing and imagining what I wanted my life to be like. Soon I began to see my life actually becoming what I imagined! I haven't been doing this much in the past couple months, and looking back, I can see that I've been depressed and uncreative. I need to start dreaming again...
